Not quite Cold Gin Time Again, however, a Kurgan has arrived…sliced roast chicken breast, harissa (roasted red peppers crushed with garlic, chillies, cumin seeds and ground coriander), a spiced yoghurt dressing (yoghurt, allspice, coriander seeds, garlic, lemon juice, mint and bay), cucumber (cucumber), shredded iceberg and spring onion (!), all assembled upon a toasted ciabatta.
Time. Hear the Tick of the clock. Tick Tock…steak strips marinated in a secret house marinade (!), bacon, Swiss, spiced beer braised onions…on a bagel.
