This is technically an old friend; an erstwhile comrade whose duty some thought done and consigned to the dusty past, to be remembered only in passing…It is the Harpoon…yet slightly altered…This week`s Kurgan is a reminder of former glories…it will become, once again, permanent…the Mob has spoken!

Refresh your memories` taste buds…sliced chicken breast, shredded cos, spring onions, cucumber, lime mayo (lime juice and zest, garlic and seasoning), a sweet chilli sauce and finished with a Thai-style dressing (olive oil, white wine vinegar, ginger, chilli, garlic, honey, mint, coriander and basil) and these delights come upon a toasted bagel!
