This week`s Kurgan is a meaty combination of red onion marmalade, goat`s cheese, chorizo and Stornoway black pudding…a French man named Fink asked us for our recipe for the red onion marmalade…we reminded him of Agincourt and politely refused…but here it is for you in all its secretive glory…

I don`t think anybody likes prunes that much…so here is a changed Kurgan!

Do you all know what a Sloppy Joe is? Well, here is our take on it…

…on a roll (not a bagel or toaster pocket!) smoked Applewood cheddar, chargrilled red peppers and a suggestion of chilli, draped over, wait for it….

…a combination of tomatoes, onion, garlic, bacon, mushroom, basil, oregano, balsamic, minced beef and haggis!
