Where the Monkey Sleeps

The Kurgan is set to change…on Monday, you will have the pleasure of nachos…very tasty nachos…hearty some would say…glorious others would say…nonetheless, both parties are correct! We will provide for you…steak chilli with steak, garlic, onions, cumin, sweet paprika, coriander, oregano, chilli, mushrooms, smoked bacon, tomatoes, a splash of red wine and a squeeze of tomato puree and some kidney beans…all arranged in a heap on some corn tortilla chips with sides of refried beans, soured cream and melted mature cheddar…dammit that probably took as long to write as it will to make! We`ll try to add some guacamole but I cannot guarantee the ripeness of the avocados at the moment…there we are then. I will now listen to some metal!
