Well, what do we associate with Spring?… Lamb…so, here we have for this week`s Kurgan…Lamb, marinated in garlic, thyme, rosemary and olive oil…skewered and chargrilled to a delicious pink…served on a plate, not in a bagel, with grilled mediterranean veg, olives and cherry tomatoes along side a rocket and mache salad and finished with grilled pitta…and a bit of crumbled feta…
