Tender sirloin steak, melt in the mouth braised onions, rocket, hollandaise and horseradish sauce and fresh tarragon…when i`s are dotted and t`s are crossed.

Irrepressible is its march…fish fingers, house tartar, chorizo and a pea puree…on a bagel…some may recognise it.

Returning so soon with added pleasure…venison burger, Macsween`s haggis, stilton, rocket and a sloe gin and red onion relish; on a bagel…when Thresholds are lurked at…

Merguez sausage, red pepper relish, rocket and a seductive sweet potato puree…the Kurgan marches indefatigably onwards…

Christmas is approaching. Let`s get fat. Roast turkey breast, roast turkey thigh, sage and onion stuffing, pheasant and wild mushroom pate, grilled pork sausage, a hint of cream cheese and the richest of redcurrant and red wine dressings…red wine, redcurrant jelly, thyme, cinnamon, cloves, juniper berries, orange juice and zest…now that, is a Kurgan.
